Amanda. Don't laugh. You know his pattern one la.. He enjoys being a tourist ma lol. But in the end we didn't go cos i don't feel like going. So we stayed home looking for recipes online. I found a cheesecake recipe while he found a steamed pork rib one.
Haix. My cheesecake was a flop cos i donno where i can find Jell-O, without it; it couldn't coagulate at all! Failure. Dar's steamed pork rib instead was a success. Meat is very tender, has a thick taste and nice aroma.
He was so satisfied that he jumped for joy. Yup. Jump as in feet leaving ground around 10cm. So happy and so proud of him la haha
