My hands are itching to bake again, so I bought a packet of caster sugar when I went for breakfast with my parents this morning.

I tried out the Baked Custard Pudding from the recipe book Dar bought for me. It turns out to be a 90% success. Excellent! The other 10% failure was because it wasn't sweet enough and the milk powder taste is a teeny weeny heavy. If my family can finish this bowl by tonight, I'd bake a chocolate flavoured one tomorrow.
