got to know a girl from my class Maryanne. she's a dialysis patient today i took train with her haha not that she skipped school but she need to go for her regular blood test. she was diagnosed with kidney problem 3yrs ago but only this Feb she received the treatment. because of this illness, she has to avoid doing things that teens of our age do. eg: taking cold drinks, having ice cream, drinking more than 500ml fluid a day.

Limitation and Restriction - that's how she termed it.

i know she's in 'agony' and there's nothing i can think of to help. she has to keep her weight in order to go on with the treatment. so heart-wrenching she only so young (probably 18) her friend in australia waited for 8yrs but still couldn't find a suitable kidney.

she hopes there'll be a miracle where i KNOW a miracle will happen! friends in our class kinda couldn't accept her in their circle. so sad im kinda similar to her. i only attend ACF and can only accompany her for that period, rest of the day she'll be alone i guess.
